All products must be payed for with a valid credit card issued to your address. We will not ship anything to an address other than that registered to your credit card. We never charge your card unless the product is in our warehouse. All products subject to prior sale.
Warranty is our exclusive Direct Exchange Program.
Should any OPTGEAR Canada product not function according to manufacturers specifications we will ship a replacement to you within 48 hours of receiving your Return Authorization Request.
Simply fill out the Web Form, enter your credit card information. We will ship the replacement out to you within 48 hours. When you receive the product please return the defective unit within 7 days so your credit card will not be charged. We reserve the right to test returned products. Products which are deemed to have been misused or operating instructions have not been followed will not be replaced.
